HOW WE WORK?
Very simple steps, planning and organizing is essential so that you can enjoy the day of the event and you only focus on receiving your guests.
The Quiz/Quiz
After you contact us or even if you already know us you need to fill out the the quiz, because even though we already know you or you know us, any events and festivities are different, and everything changes.
With your answers, we can organize a meeting to show you what we may have designed (it can be 1 or several ideas), depending on your answers.
The meeting
The first meeting is always virtual, in a video call. If you have a Wedding Planner or an event organizer, it is important that they BE at the meeting we will meet and its important because we all need to have the same order of ideas.
There you will meet our CEO and the Executive Chef, we will show you what we designed depending on the answers (NOTE: it is nothing definitive but it is a first idea ), which we can polish until we achieve a final project.
Usually if the information is sufficient we can give you an initial budget; but it will also be reformed as we move forward.
The Scouting
If we reach the final idea or there are just some details to refine, we make a visit to the place where the event will be, why? We need to know what spaces we have, what they have (facilities or services) or not, so that on the day of the event there are no problems; What equipment to bring? etc...
Know if there are any regulations, loading and unloading schedules, assembly, etc...
Menu Tasting
Every event includes a menu test, because it is important that you enjoy what we have designed between us.
Having already established a menu, we will organize a menu tasting so that you can really try what you have decided, if there is a pairing, taste it, if you want to add something extra we can plan it.
THE DAY
You will only have to worry about your guests, receiving them, greeting them, and ensuring that they are well cared for, eaten, and drunk. The hosts almost never have time to sit down to eat, but we will find a way for them to eat and just enjoy the event.
