His cuisine brings together the classic and the contemporary, blending ingredients and techniques from different cultures. With a refined sensitivity to flavor, texture, and color, he creates dishes that convey emotion, memory, and warmth. Inspired by the women in his life and the ancestral recipes that have shaped him, Salvador has forged a culinary philosophy rooted in respect, passion, and authenticity.
